House and rental cleaning in Piscataway
Piscataway, Middlesex County
Piscataway is our closest big town, about eleven minutes up the road. Between the Rutgers campuses and the housing around them, more of our Piscataway work is turnovers and move outs than anywhere else we cover.
The Rutgers effect on cleaning
The Busch and Livingston campuses sit inside Piscataway, and that shapes the housing market more than anything else in town.
It means a much larger share of rentals than a typical suburb, and it means those rentals turn over on an academic clock rather than a normal one. Leases end in the summer, everyone moves in the same few weeks, and landlords need units cleaned between a tenant leaving and the next one arriving with days to spare.
If you are a tenant getting your deposit back, or a landlord turning a unit, that is a move in and move out clean: inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside the cabinets, the tracks, the baseboards. Book it early for July and August, because that is when everybody in Piscataway wants the same week.
The rest of Piscataway is quieter than people assume
The student side gets the attention, but most of Piscataway is ordinary residential neighborhoods with families who have been there for years.
Arbor, Randolphville, New Market and Possumtown are largely owner-occupied, a lot of mid-century single-family homes with the additions and finished basements that thirty years of ownership tends to produce. Society Hill is townhomes and condos.
Those households are on recurring visits, mostly every two weeks, with the same team each time. Older homes with more rooms and more stairs also tend to want a deep clean once a year, usually in spring.

Eleven minutes from our door
Piscataway borders Middlesex Borough, so our office on Union Avenue is about 4.5 miles from the middle of town, roughly eleven minutes.
It is the shortest run we make, which is why Piscataway gets the most short-notice availability. A same-week turnover or a Friday clean before a weekend is usually possible here even when it is not elsewhere.
We also cover Edison next door and New Brunswick across the river, which suits anyone managing property in more than one of the three.
Getting started in Piscataway
For a home, Erika comes out, walks through with you and leaves you a price. It is free, it takes about twenty minutes and you are not committing to anything.
For a rental turnover we can often quote from the unit size and a few photos, which is faster when you are managing the handover remotely.
There is no contract either way. You can move a visit, skip one or change the frequency, and as long as we hear by the day before there is no fee. Payment is after the visit by cash, card, Zelle or Venmo.
If something gets missed, tell us within a day and we come back and redo that area at no charge.
