Office and commercial cleaning

Office and commercial

Your customers judge the bathroom. Your staff judge the break room. We come when the place is empty and both are handled before anyone walks in.

After hours, so nobody works around us

The point of commercial cleaning is that you never see it happen. We come in the evening after you lock up, or early before you open, and the place is done by the time the first person arrives.

That matters more than people expect. Nobody is moving a vacuum around a customer. Nobody is waiting to use a bathroom that is being cleaned. Your staff are not tidying their own desks at six because the cleaners are coming.

We work around your hours, not the other way round. If your quiet window is Sunday morning, that is when we come.

Puraclean provided a complimentary trial to clean my office, and I was so impressed with the quality of their work that I decided to hire them for weekly cleaning services.

Offices, shops, salons, and restaurants

Different places wear differently, so the checklist is not the same for all of them.

Offices. Desks and shared surfaces, kitchens and break rooms, meeting rooms, glass, bathrooms, floors, and the bins. Reception is the one that has to be right every day because it is the first thing anyone sees.

Retail. Floors and glass, mostly, and constantly. Fingerprints on a display case and dust on a shelf edge do more damage to a shop than people think.

Salons and barbershops. Hair, everywhere, all the time. Stations, mirrors, chairs, the floor under and behind everything, and bathrooms that see heavy traffic in a small space.

Restaurants and hospitality. Front of house, bathrooms, and common areas, on a schedule that works around service.

The details people actually notice

A commercial space is judged in a handful of places, and they are rarely the ones that take the longest.

The bathroom is first. It is the room a customer forms an opinion in, and the one a bad review mentions by name. Then glass: the front door, the partitions, the display cases, all covered in hands. Then the break room sink, which is where staff decide whether anyone cares about the place.

Then the edges. The floor along the baseboards, the corner behind the door, the top of the filing cabinet. Nothing dramatic, but a space where the edges are clean reads as looked after even if nobody could tell you why.

Setting up a recurring schedule

Most commercial work is weekly or bi-weekly on a fixed day. Some places need daily. A few just want a monthly reset on top of what their own staff do.

Erika comes out and walks the space with you first. That is when the checklist is agreed, so everyone knows what is included and nobody is guessing. The walkthrough is free.

You get the same team each visit, which matters more in a business than a home. They learn your alarm, your key procedure, which room is off limits, and what the priorities are on a short night.

If your space has just been fitted out or renovated, start with post-construction cleanup. Building dust is a different job and it will keep resettling for days.

Pricing and getting started

Commercial pricing depends on the size of the space, how often we come, and what is on the checklist. It is quoted per visit after a walkthrough, not off a per square foot table that ignores what your space is actually like.

We work across Middlesex, Somerset and Union counties and out into Hunterdon and Mercer. If you also want your home done, most of our commercial customers end up on a residential schedule too.

Call (908) 532-3119 or book a walkthrough and we will come and look at the space at a time that suits you.

Questions we get about office and commercial

Can you come after we close?
Yes, and most of our commercial work is after hours or before opening. Tell us your quiet window and we will schedule around it.
Do we need to sign a contract?
No long contract. We agree a schedule and a checklist and either side can change it. Give us notice by the day before if you need to move a visit.
What about keys and alarms?
Most customers give us a key or a code and the alarm procedure. The same team comes each visit, so the same small number of people know it.
Do you clean restaurant kitchens?
We handle front of house, bathrooms and common areas. Commercial kitchen equipment cleaning is a specialist trade with its own rules, so tell us what you need and we will be straight about what we do and do not cover.
Can we start with a trial?
Ask. We have done trial cleans for businesses before so they could see the standard before committing to a schedule.
