Terms and conditions
These terms cover your use of puracleannj.com and the way we book and do cleaning work. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If we give you a written quote, agreement, or invoice, that document governs the work it describes; these terms fill in the rest.
What this site is for
The site describes the house, office, and short-term rental cleaning we do in central New Jersey and lets you request a free estimate. Nothing on it is an offer to clean at a particular price. Your price comes after we see the space, in person or from the details you give us, and it is confirmed before the first visit.
Estimates and booking
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Booking a slot on the calendar requests an estimate visit; we confirm it by phone, email, or text. Small jobs may be quoted by phone or from photos instead.
The booking calendar is run by Calendly. When you use it you also agree to Calendly's terms. To cancel or move an appointment, use the link in your confirmation or call us.
Cleaning visits, cancellations, and rescheduling
When you hire us, we agree on what is included, how often we come, the price, and how you will let us in. Please tell us in advance about pets, alarms, anything fragile, and anything you would rather we not touch.
Cancelling or moving a visit. Call or text us as early as you can, and at least the day before, so the team can be rescheduled. We do not charge a cancellation fee unless we have agreed one with you in writing before the visit. If we cannot reach your home or business at the agreed time through no fault of ours, we may treat the visit as cancelled on the day.
Pricing changes. If a space turns out to be much larger, much dirtier, or different from what we quoted, we will tell you before doing extra work and agree on any change in price first.
Our guarantee and refunds
If something was missed, we come back. Cleaning is a service done at your place, so instead of refunds we fix what is wrong: tell us within 24 hours of the visit which area fell short and we will return and re-clean it at no charge. Any refund beyond that is decided case by case, agreed in writing, and is never more than the price of the visit in question.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear, faulty fixtures, or items we were not told were fragile, and we ask that valuables be put away before a visit. If our team damages something, tell us within 24 hours and we will make it right.
Work that counts as home improvement
Some outdoor work we can arrange, such as power washing or debris removal, may count as home improvement under New Jersey law. For any such work, the New Jersey Contractors' Registration Act applies: work of $500 or more is done only under a written contract that states the price and the work, you have the right to cancel that contract within three business days after you receive a signed copy, and any deposit is returned if you cancel inside that window. The contract itself tells you how to cancel. Routine cleaning is not home improvement work.
If you agree to a cleaning plan during a visit to your home rather than online or by phone, federal and New Jersey rules may also give you the right to cancel within three business days. We will give you that notice in writing at the time.
Text messages
If you choose text messages when booking, or text us first, we may text you confirmations, reminders, and replies. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. We do not share your number or your consent with third parties for their marketing. Details are in the privacy policy.
Photos, reviews, and content
The photographs on this site show real homes and offices we cleaned or organized, shared with the permission of the people who hired us; no faces or house numbers are shown. The reviews quoted are real public reviews, reproduced as written. The text, photos, logo, and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, sell, or reuse its content without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload, scrape, or interfere with the site or the booking calendar, and do not use either for anything unlawful or to book appointments you do not intend to keep.
Third-party links and services
Links and embedded services from other companies, including the booking calendar and our social media pages, are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
No guarantees about the site
The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise it will always be error-free or online. Hours, service areas, and the services listed can change; the price and scope you agree with us are what count.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent New Jersey law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from a cleaning visit, and our total liability for any visit is limited to the price of that visit, except for damage we cause that the law says we must cover. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, changes a written agreement you have with us, or limits your rights under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act or other consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute about the site or a cleaning visit will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Middlesex County, New Jersey, unless a written agreement between us says otherwise or the law gives you the right to another forum.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this site. If any part of it is hard for you to use, call us and we will book you by phone. Our accessibility statement explains what we have done.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
