What a standard clean covers

A standard visit is the whole house, top to bottom, the parts you would do yourself if you had the afternoon.

In the kitchen: counters and backsplash, the stovetop, the fronts of the appliances, the sink and faucet, and the floors swept and mopped. In the bathrooms: toilets, tubs and showers sanitized, mirrors and glass, sinks and counters, floors. Everywhere else: dusting from the top down, vacuuming, mopping, beds made, and surfaces wiped.

We bring our own supplies and equipment, so you do not need to leave anything out. The products we use are gentler than most of what you buy at the store. If you would rather we used something of yours, say so and we will.

Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly

Most homes settle into every two weeks. It is often enough that the house never really gets away from you, and the visits stay short because there is less to catch up on.

Weekly makes sense for a busy house. Kids, pets, people working from home, someone always cooking. Monthly works for a quieter place, or a couple who keep on top of things and want the heavy work done for them.

You are not locked into any of it. Move a visit, skip a week, change the rhythm as the year changes. Just tell us the day before so the team can be scheduled somewhere else, and there is no fee.

If the house has not had a proper clean in a while, we usually start with a deep clean and then move to the regular schedule. The first visit takes longer. Every one after that is easier.

The same team, every time

This is the part people tell us matters most. You get the same faces, so nobody has to be walked through the house again, and nothing gets missed because a new person did not know.

Over time the team learns your place. Which room the dog sleeps in. That the guest bathroom only needs a wipe. That you like the throw folded a certain way. That is not something a rotating crew ever picks up.

Have been using them for the last couple of months for bi-weekly cleans of our house and have to say they are fantastic. They are on time, trustworthy and leave my house looking new every time. Would recommend them to anyone!

Plenty of our customers are not home when we come. They leave a key or a door code and walk into a clean house that evening. Others like to be there the first time and then hand over a key once they know us. Either way is normal.

Extras, when you want them

Some things are not part of every visit but are easy to add. Ask when you book, or tell the team on the day.

• Organizing and tidying, not just cleaning
• Kitchen and bathroom detailing beyond the usual

If a visit needs more time than we quoted, because the house is bigger than we thought or something came up, we tell you and agree the price before we do the extra work. No surprise line on the invoice.

What it costs and how to start

Price depends on the size of the place, how often we come, and what you want done, so we do not guess over the phone. Erika comes out, walks through with you, and gives you a real number. That visit is free and you are not committing to anything.

Small jobs we can often quote from a phone call or a few photos. Payment is after the visit, by cash, card, Zelle, or Venmo.

If we ever miss something, tell us within a day and we come back and redo that area at no charge. That is the whole guarantee and we would rather use it than have you quietly put up with it.
